Kitchen Wrapping

Kitchen wrapping is the process of applying a vinyl film to surfaces, much like a large sticker.

Typically, we can wrap wall and floor units, corner units, wine racks, islands, worktops and even the inside of units (if needed).

Wrapping a kitchen can drastically keep the cost down of having to completely replace the entire kitchen.

Vinyl wrapping has an outdoor life of around 10 – 12 years (depending on the vinyl material used) and and even longer extension with the wrap being applied indoors in your kitchen. If you maintain your wrap properly, it has the potential to last even a lifetime.

The entire process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 days in total. This gives us time to make sure the job is done properly and our high quality of workmanship is upheld.

We begin by removing all unit doors and anything else we need in order to begin the cleaning process.

All surfaces are hand washed and dried first. We then apply a rubbing alcohol treatment to remove any left over residue. The less dirt and grime on the surface, the better the vinyl sticks and ultimately how long it lasts.

The wrapping process begins and once complete, we re-assemble your kitchen unit doors and the job is complete.

The inside of doors and cupboards can be wrapped if necessary but this would incur an extra cost. We can also use a slightly cheaper vinyl to keep the cost down.

One of the biggest benefits of having a full kitchen wrap is keeping the cost down of having to fully replace the entire kitchen.

You can choose any colour you want, as well as specialist finishes, such as Wood texture, Metallic, Stone, Fabric, Marble… you name it, we can do it!
